What is Patreon?
Patreon is a platform that lets people (patrons) support people (creators) they like.
As a patron, you get to gain access to exclusive “rewards” that are only available to Patreon supporters. For a monthly fee of US $15 (which can be cancelled at anytime).

Why did I start my Patreon community?
I have been a golf professional now for 33 years. The last 4 of which I have been producing YouTube videos weekly. Quite honestly when I started on YouTube I did so to create a point of difference between me and the other golf professionals in my local area. It never entered my head that these videos would reach people all over the world.
Earlier this year things started to really take off on my YouTube Channel. As the views increased I was being asked more and more how people could get a lesson from me without traveling to Melbourne Australia to have one.
After much research I decided that Patreon was something I could make work.
